Dave joined the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) in May 2019. Prior to that he worked at the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for 20 years and has been in the Orange County government relations arena for 25 years.
In his current position he works closely with local government agencies throughout Orange County – especially with TCA member agencies, local elected and county officials and TCA Board Members. He also works with other transportation and government entities on regional transportation issues. Dave supports TCA state and federal efforts and often is assigned special projects of interest to the CEO and Board of Directors.
From 1990 to 1995, Dave worked in Washington, DC, first in the Administration of President George Bush as a Congressional Liaison for the U.S. Department of Education, and then as Government Affairs and Communications Director for the Education Finance Council, a national trade association.
